This review is for a private event we held at The Golden Mast. Our non-profit organization needed room for 250 attendees, and from the first planning meetings we found Jackie to be knowledgable and prepared in every way. The pricing was very appropriate and we were able to explain our hopes and found that no issues were experienced. We were able to setup the day before, which was a true gift. On the day of the event we found everything in order as hoped, including the audio/video equipment with two screens, tables and linens for our auction baskets, as well as a breakfast that served quickly and while the food was still hot. There is lots of parking and every request we made was handled with ease and a professional response. We plan to return for our next event.

Wow! After 50 years, I am still impressed with this establishment. My family patriarch took me here for dinner when I was just four years old. We have been returning as frequently as possible, since then. It was created and run by the family founders - Großvater and Großmutter. After years of improvements they passed this Lake Country fine dining restaurant to their Son - Hans Weissgerber II + their wonderful chefs and staff. He turned it into a paradise on the lake. From there it was passed down to Lisa Marks (Weissgerber). She is the current Gastgeberin and Managerin. She and the stelar staff coupled with award-winning chefs and talented local staff make this establishment a gem of the Midwest. The hard work and effort everyone delivers at this restaurant is mind-boggling to me. I give my heart and soul out to this Herausragende Restaurantbesitzer (Lisa) and the overall facility that has stood the test of time. I award YOU and ALL your awesome staff the highest medal in my office. 😊 Congratulations!
